Problem

Remaining residents of El Fasher, local aid workers, and community leaders seeking to coordinate recovery and basic services.

Warum es wichtig ist

Hypothesis: A structured, visible mapping of skills and needs enables faster, more equitable allocation of small work tasks and resources than informal communication alone. Proposed validation: Proposed pilot target: At least 50% of mapped households participate in one coordinated work activity within four weeks. Baseline: No structured coordination. Measure by activity logs and participant feedback.
