Problem

Was sie bauen

A printable paper workbook or basic spreadsheet template, distributed to up to 10 local dairy farmers in one region, managed by a local farm advisor or cooperative. The pilot would run for one month, with weekly check-ins to support usage and collect feedback. Proposed validation: Proposed pilot target: At least 70% of participating farmers complete weekly records for 4 weeks. Baseline: percentage currently tracking costs. Measured by completed workbooks and a short survey. Duration: 1 month.
