Pitch

Problema

L'Afghanistan affronta una crisi umanitaria con ampie restrizioni ai diritti. Un laboratorio di inclusione guidato dalla comunità potrebbe aiutare a identificare e affrontare i bisogni locali utilizzando le risorse disponibili.

Cosa stanno costruendo

A printed or handwritten workshop guide (translated as needed), piloted by one local leader with up to 10 participants in a single community center or safe meeting space over two sessions in one week. The guide includes prompts, resource mapping sheets, and a feedback form. Unvalidated hypothesis; full brief: /blog/afghanistan-faces-deepening-humanitarian-crisis--2026-11-07 Source: Link

Perché conta

Hypothesis: A structured, locally-led workshop toolkit increases identification of inclusion barriers and actionable support ideas compared to unstructured discussions. Test whether participants generate more concrete actions using the toolkit. Proposed validation: Proposed pilot target: At least 3 actionable inclusion ideas identified and 80% participant satisfaction (via feedback form) in one week, compared to baseline of unstructured discussion outcomes. Measured by workshop records and feedback forms.
