問題

世界には十分な食料があるにもかかわらず、4人に1人以上が十分な食料を得られていません。地域の食料余剰マッピングプロジェクトは、必要な人々に資源を特定し、再配分するのに役立ちます。

対象者

Community members, local organizations, and volunteers aiming to reduce hunger by connecting surplus food holders (e.g., markets, restaurants, households) with individuals or groups experiencing food insecurity.

なぜ重要か

Hypothesis: A simple, locally managed mapping and coordination workflow can increase the volume of surplus food reaching those in need compared to ad hoc or no redistribution. Measure the percentage of surplus food successfully redirected. Proposed validation: Proposed pilot target: Redirect at least 50% of logged surplus food from 5-10 sources to recipients over two weeks. Baseline: volume of surplus previously reaching recipients (if any). Measured by log entries and delivery records.
