対象者

Displaced Sudanese families and individuals lacking emergency shelter and essential household items, as identified by local community leaders or aid organizations.

なぜ重要か

Test whether a locally coordinated collection and delivery schedule can fill urgent gaps more quickly or flexibly than centralized aid shipments, by measuring time from donation to delivery and recipient satisfaction. Proposed validation: Proposed pilot target: Deliver at least one essential shelter item to 80% of 100 identified households within two weeks. Baseline: No local coordinated collection. Measure success by delivery logs and a brief recipient satisfaction survey.
