対象者

Young people aged 16-24 in northern England who are not in employment, education, or training and are struggling to find work.

なぜ重要か

Test whether a peer-led, in-person group provides greater engagement, confidence, or job search activity than self-directed or digital-only approaches. Hypothesis: regular, structured peer support increases job search actions and reduces isolation compared to baseline. Proposed validation: Proposed pilot target: At least 8 of 12 participants attend 3 or more sessions; 60% report increased job search confidence on a post-pilot survey. Baseline: participant self-reported confidence and activity before the pilot. Duration: 4 weeks. Measured by attendance log
