Displaced families and community volunteers in flooded tent areas of Gaza, especially those in Deir al-Balah and similar settings, who are currently building makeshift barriers and draining water by hand.

Test whether a visual checklist improves the speed and safety of drainage and salvage efforts compared to current ad-hoc methods, as measured by reduced loss of essential items and fewer reported contacts with contaminated water. Proposed validation: Proposed pilot target: At least 70% of participating families report the checklist as helpful in prioritizing actions or reducing loss of essential items, measured via a short survey or verbal feedback after 1 week.
