A paper-based checklist template and weekly coordination protocol, managed by a designated coordinator (e.g., processor staff or local agricultural extension worker), piloted with up to 10 farmers and 2 processors in one community for 4 weeks. The checklist includes crop type, quantity, harvest date, contact info, and a basic visual quality check.

Whether a structured checklist and coordination protocol increases the percentage of surplus crops processed (vs. spoiled or unsold) compared to the previous month’s baseline without such coordination. Proposed validation: Proposed pilot target: At least 60% of surplus crops from participating farmers are matched and processed (vs. spoiled/unsold) over 4 weeks, compared to the previous month’s baseline (to be recorded). Measured by coordinator logs and participant feedback.
