Pilot a two-week collection and delivery schedule in one community center, managed by a team of 3-5 volunteers, capped at 100 recipient households. Use paper logs to track donations and deliveries. Partner with a local authority or trusted community leader for oversight. Unvalidated hypothesis; full brief: /blog/un-says-struggling-to-help-millions-fleeing-suda-2026-11-07 Source: 링크

중요한 이유

Test whether a locally coordinated collection and delivery schedule can fill urgent gaps more quickly or flexibly than centralized aid shipments, by measuring time from donation to delivery and recipient satisfaction. Proposed validation: Proposed pilot target: Deliver at least one essential shelter item to 80% of 100 identified households within two weeks. Baseline: No local coordinated collection. Measure success by delivery logs and a brief recipient satisfaction survey.
