Trial with up to five farmers in a single village during one harvest period. A designated volunteer or farmer manages the kit and records entries for each access window.

Test whether the logbook and kit increase the amount of olives harvested per access window (compared to previous years or neighboring farmers without the kit), and whether documentation of tree damage is more systematic and usable for local advocacy. Proposed validation: Proposed pilot target: At least 80% of permitted access windows are logged and the kit is used in all cases, with a 20% increase in olives harvested per window (compared to previous season's self-reported baseline) over one harvest period (4-8 weeks). Measured by logboo
