Probleem

A one-page anonymous paper survey, designed with input from a small group of students and teachers, distributed to one high school class. A teacher or school counselor collects and summarizes responses for the school principal over a two-week period. Waarom het ertoe doet

Test if structured, anonymous feedback collection increases the specificity and actionability of student concerns compared to informal complaints or protests. Proposed validation: Proposed pilot target: At least 60% of students in one class submit surveys within two weeks. Baseline: No structured feedback mechanism. Success measured by number of actionable issues identified and administrator response within one month.
