Sorun

A pilot logbook (paper or basic spreadsheet) co-designed with 5–10 volunteer fishers in one coastal community, facilitated by a local NGO or research partner. The pilot would run for 3 months, with weekly check-ins and a final review workshop to assess usability and data quality. Neden önemli

Hypothesis: A co-designed, low-tech logbook increases fisher engagement and produces more relevant data for local management than external scientific surveys alone. Proposed validation: Proposed pilot target: At least 80% of pilot fishers complete entries for 75% of fishing days over 3 months. Compare data completeness and relevance to baseline (no logbook). Measured by logbook review and participant survey.
