Sorun

Bangladeşli işçiler, Rusya'da zorla askere alınmalarına yol açan alım tuzaklarıyla karşı karşıya kalıyor. Bu proje, toplulukların yurt dışı iş tekliflerini doğrulamalarına yardımcı olacak pratik bir kontrol listesi önermektedir.

Ne inşa ediyorlar

A one-page, Bengali-language checklist, reviewed by a local NGO or community leader, distributed to 50 households in a high-migration village in Lakshmipur district. The trial would run for one month, with follow-up interviews to assess use and understanding. Neden önemli

Hypothesis: A locally-distributed, language-accessible paper checklist will be more readily used and understood by target users than online resources or official pamphlets. Proposed validation: Proposed pilot target: At least 30% of distributed checklists are used by households to review a job offer within one month. Baseline: No prior use of such checklists. Measured by follow-up interviews and self-reporting.
