问题

一份联合国支持的报告警告称，即使是短暂超过1.5摄氏度的温度升高也可能导致冰冻圈的永久性损害。该项目提议建立一个社区科学日志本，以记录当地的雪和冰。

他们在做什么

A paper-based logbook template (with date, location, weather, snow/ice observations, and photo attachment fields) distributed to 10-20 volunteers in one community for a 3-month winter/spring period. A local teacher or librarian coordinates collection and basic aggregation. Unvalidated hypothesis; full brief: /blog/cryosphere-faces-permanent-damage-when-world-ove-2026-11-03 Source: 链接

面向谁

Residents, students, and local organizations in regions with seasonal snow or ice, who are concerned about environmental changes and willing to participate in simple data collection.

为什么重要

Hypothesis: A simple, locally coordinated logbook increases participation and captures unique local observations compared to digital-only or expert-led monitoring. Test if more consistent and context-rich data are collected. Proposed validation: Proposed pilot target: At least 80% of logbooks returned with weekly entries over 3 months. Baseline: No local community logbook exists. Measure number of entries, completeness, and user feedback via a post-pilot survey.
