问题

阿富汗面临严重的干旱和洪水。一个简单的水收集日志可以帮助社区记录当地气候影响，以便在气候论坛上进行代表。

他们在做什么

A paper logbook template (with pictorial instructions for low-literacy users) distributed to 10 households in a Kabul neighborhood. A local volunteer coordinates weekly collection and aggregation for one month. No personal identifiers are recorded. Results are summarized in a one-page report for local review. Unvalidated hypothesis; full brief: /blog/afghanistan-8217-s-taliban-officials-will-attend-2026-11-05 Source: 链接

为什么重要

Hypothesis: A simple, community-driven log increases the visibility of local water challenges in climate discussions compared to no documentation or top-down surveys. Test if the log yields actionable, locally relevant data. Proposed validation: Proposed pilot target: At least 70% of participating households complete the log for 4 weeks. Baseline: No systematic local water collection data. Success measured by number of completed logs and usefulness of summary report, reviewed by local leaders after 1 month.
