为什么重要

Test whether a standardized checklist improves the consistency and thoroughness of health monitoring compared to ad hoc or undocumented practices. Measure the rate of early detection of health or behavioral issues. Proposed validation: Proposed pilot target: At least 90% checklist completion rate for all five orangutans over 4 weeks. Baseline: current undocumented or informal monitoring. Success measured by log review and staff survey. Duration: 4 weeks.
