I did not build MLAIEL because I had a large company, a well-funded team, or substantial financial backing.

I built it because I experienced firsthand how difficult it can be to create a professional opportunity when, despite having qualifications, ideas, and motivation, you are missing one thing that almost every employer asks for: proven practical experience.

I submitted applications, searched for opportunities in the digital world, and repeatedly encountered the same fundamental challenge faced by many people at the beginning of their careers: How do you demonstrate professional experience when you first need someone to give you the opportunity to gain it?

At some point, I decided that I did not want to write yet another application explaining what I could potentially do.

I asked myself a different question: Why not build something instead of simply saying that I can build something?

And so I started building.

From the many ideas I had been carrying with me, I chose one that was closely connected to my own experience.

That idea became MLAIEL.

People contribute their ideas, knowledge, skills, experience, resources, and creativity.

AI helps analyse problems, refine ideas, structure projects, identify possible solutions, and coordinate collaboration.

Not everyone needs to know how to do everything. What matters is bringing the right people and the right tools together.

That is what MLAIEL is being built to do.

Today, MLAIEL is also my personal portfolio.

Instead of writing in another application:

“I have ideas and I can build projects using artificial intelligence.”

I can simply show the work itself.

This is what I built.

The current version of MLAIEL was developed over approximately 45 days.

I do not see AI as a replacement for human creativity, responsibility, or decision-making.

I see it as a powerful tool that can enable one person — or a small team — to explore, build, test, and iterate on ideas at a scale that would previously have required considerably more resources.

The vision, decisions, direction, and responsibility remain human.

AI is the force multiplier.

MLAIEL is intended to become more than a website.

The long-term vision is a platform where people can bring together

Not every idea will succeed.

That is part of building anything new.

But a potentially valuable idea should not disappear simply because its creator does not have the money, network, expertise, or team required to pursue it alone.

MLAIEL aims to help close that gap.

And there is another reason.

Mlaiel is my family name.

The name therefore represents something personal as well as technological: the connection between technology and people.

I do not know how large MLAIEL will become.

Perhaps it will become a company.

Perhaps it will remain a personal portfolio.

Perhaps it will evolve into something neither I nor anyone else can fully predict today.

But I know why I started it:

I did not want to keep waiting for the next opportunity. I wanted to create one.

That is why MLAIEL exists.
