Unified Project Workspace Pilot Using GitHub Copilot App🌐Dịch

Pitch

Do đội ngũ viết.

A single team (3-5 members) will set up one Copilot Project, linking at least two repositories and one external asset (e.g., a Figma design or Slack thread). The pilot will run for two weeks, with one member responsible for setup and documentation. No sensitive data will be included in the initial test. Vì sao điều này quan trọng

Test if Copilot Projects enable faster access to all relevant project assets and reduce the number of manual coordination steps compared to existing workflows. Proposed validation: Proposed pilot target: At least 80% of project assets (code, design, specs) are accessible via the Copilot Project workspace within 2 minutes, measured by timed user tests, over a 2-week period. Baseline: current manual process time.
